2. Services Provided

Branded Boutique offers:

Custom graphic design services
Social media flyers, banners, and branding design
Website design and development services
Digital downloads and Canva templates
Yearly membership access via The Branded Bank

All services and products are intended for personal or business branding use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own work unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payments Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments must be made in full before any products or services are delivered.
We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Etsy.

For The Branded Bank or any recurring memberships:

You will be billed yearly unless canceled before the renewal date.
Memberships are non-refundable once activated.

4. Refunds Cancellations

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available for digital downloads, templates, or membership access.

For design services:

A project may be canceled prior to the design process beginning.
Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
Clients have up to one week to request revisions after delivery. After that, the project will be considered closed.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and digital content created by Branded Boutique remain the intellectual property of Branded Boutique unless a full commercial rights transfer is explicitly stated.

You may use purchased products for:

Personal or small business branding
Marketing materials for your own business

You may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute the files
Claim any design as your own creation
Use designs in a way that violates copyright or trademark laws

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Project turnaround times vary depending on scope and workload.
Standard delivery for custom design projects is within 14 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All digital products are delivered via email or downloadable link immediately after purchase.

7. The Branded Bank Membership

By purchasing a membership to The Branded Bank, you receive access to a growing digital archive of templates, flyers, and brand resources for 12 months.

Membership includes:

Unlimited downloads for personal or business use
Regular new design uploads
Access to exclusive members-only content

You agree not to share login credentials or redistribute any materials from The Branded Bank. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Branded Boutique is not responsible for:

Losses or damages resulting from website downtime or technical errors
Misuse or misapplication of any design templates or digital assets
Typographical errors, delays, or inaccuracies beyond our control

Your use of the website and services is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
